Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is the first successful Surface device that is widely used by consumer and enterprise customers. Despite its 4 years old, Microsoft is still continuing to provide firmware updates to the device. I am looking to download the firmware drivers for suface pro 3. I am using windows 10 version 1709 (OS Build 16299.309). However, I couldn't find any corresponding drivers for my OS version on the below surface pro 3 drivers url. The following update is delivered to Surface Pro 3 devices on Windows 10 Creators Update, build 1703: Windows Update History Name Device Manager Name Surface – Firmware – 3.11.2450.0 Surface UEFI – Firmware 3.11.2450.0 improves device security.

Microsoft is rolling out a new firmware update for Surface Pro 3. The latest firmware has been numbered as 3.11.2350 and is rolling out currently to only Surface Pro 3 devices.

Unfortunately the update doesn’t come with any notes to indicate the changelog or the fixes. The Microsoft’s “Update History” page also doesn’t have any information regarding the update. However Microsoft does take a day or two to update firmware details on the “Update History” page.

We will update once we have more information on this latest firmware update. This is of course the first update rolled out by Microsoft since the Spectre patch so we are guessing this might be related to the same.
