  What happens when you press Fn+F7? Could you please go to Device Manager, expand Mice and other pointing Devices, post the snip.

  nothing happen when press Fn+F7, the touch pad isn't disabled actually it doesn't appear in the Mice and other pointing Devices.

  Hi,
  Go to BIOS settings( press F2 as soon as you press the Power button), move to Main tab and check whether the Touchpad is in Basic mode, if so click the Touchpad and switch to Advanced mode, press F10 to save and exit.
